APPROACH AND EXPERIENCE
Organizations are constantly evolving to meet the challenges
of competing for resources. To meet those challenges, WCS provides
timely and individualized responses to client needs. The responses
to clients are based on three principles:
|

|
Building
long-term relationships with clients. These relationships
enable us to pay specific attention to client assets,
anticipate needs, and identify challenges and opportunities
over time.
Promoting evidence-based practices in the field. We provide
organizations with the tools and resources that have proved
to be effective through research and evaluation.
Providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
All our services are tailored to meet the unique characteristics
of the organization and the population it serves. |
|
Our clients include community-based organizations that receive
funding from such entities as the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration of the Department of Health and Human Services.
Our staff also has experience working with grantees of the W,
K. Kellogg and Robert Wood Johnson Foundations and federal agencies
such as the Department of Energy. We work in collaboration with
a number of other experts in the Washington, DC area. |
