Sustainability
Due to limited and reallocated resources at the federal, state,
and local levels, organizations must be creative in continually
securing funds for their programs. Successful sustainable programs
are developed when evaluators and clients work together to identify
untapped resources.
WCS works with clients to develop strategies to secure such
resources by utilizing social marketing techniques and building
collaboration with non-traditional partners. In addition, an
evaluation can be performed to include cost-effectiveness and
cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate the return on investment
to potential funding agencies.
Our services are customized to meet each client's needs. Clients
have used our sustainability plans to expand existing programs
and create new programs.
